The Ministry of Education now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Welding Equipment & Tools (Government Technical Institute). The delivery period is expected to be four months from contract signature. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, Seventh Edition September 2025. (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. The bidding document in English may be obtained by interested bidders upon the submission of written letter via e-mail to hcp.procurement@moe.gov.gy . Bidders are required to indicate business name, an e-mail address, and contact person in their letter, where the bidding package can be sent to the bidders.
