RFQ/115/2026/DHM/ROAS Consultancy Services for Mapping and Analysis of National Support to Jordan’s Manufacturing Sector for Export Promotion and Recommendations for a Strengthened Referral and Coordination Mechanism for Joint Enterprise-Support Services
ILO
The International Labor Organization (ILO) maintains a long-standing partnership with the Government of Jordan and the social partners to support decent work and inclusive economic development. This partnership is currently anchored in the Decent Work Country Programme (DWCP) 2025–2027, recently signed by the Ministry of Labour, the General Federation of Jordanian Trade Unions, the Jordan Chamber of Industry and the ILO. The DWCP is built around three national priorities, including inclusive green growth and decent work, under which the strengthening of enterprise competitiveness, export readiness and responsible business conduct features prominently. Within this broader framework, the ILO is implementing the project “Promoting Decent Work and Export Competitiveness in Jordan”, funded by the European Union, in cooperation with national institutions and the social partners. The project is intended to support national efforts to enhance the export performance of the Jordanian manufacturing sector, including under preferential trade arrangements such as the Rules of Origin (RoO) scheme with the European Union, while contributing to economic growth, employment generation, and improved working conditions for all workers. Jordan’s manufacturing sector represents an important driver of economic activity and employment, with significant potential to expand its presence in regional and international markets. Realizing these potential calls for coherent and well-coordinated support across national institutions, employers’ and workers’ organizations, business membership organizations, and the development partners that work alongside them. A substantial body of analytical work has been produced on this agenda over the past.

Frequently asked
Public tenders from Jordan — common questions
›How many active public tenders does Jordan currently have?
As of right now, DataMesh Consulting is tracking 15 active public-sector tenders from Jordan. The count updates continuously as new opportunities are published and existing ones reach their submission deadlines.
›Where do tenders from Jordan come from?
Every tender on this page is sourced from the country's official procurement portal. We do not aggregate from third-party services — each record links back to the official publication so bidders can verify procurement rules, fee structures, and submission portals directly.
›How often is the Jordan tender list updated?
Our scrapers poll the official portals continuously. A new Jordan tender typically lands here within minutes of its official publication. Each tender record carries a "Published" timestamp from the source portal so you can verify the lag.
›Can a non-resident company bid on Jordan public tenders?
In most cases yes — Jordan's procurement framework, like most public-procurement regimes worldwide, requires fair access regardless of bidder country of origin, subject to specific notice conditions (security-sensitive tenders, local-content rules, currency restrictions). Each tender record links to its source page where bidder eligibility is published in detail.
›Do I need an account to view tenders from Jordan?
No. Every Jordan tender on DataMesh Consulting is publicly viewable. An account is only required if you want to bookmark tenders, save searches, or receive email digests of new Jordan opportunities matching your profile.
