The project includes the PCH (Bldg. A) which is connected via a link to the support services building (Bldg. B). Tender Package 1 (TP-1) includes the Foundation package up to the main floor. Work included is the excavation/backfill of the building, site rough grading, piles, pile caps, grade beams, Hollowcore planks, and structural steel and metals up to the main floor elevation.
