Request for Bids Goods (Two-Envelope Bidding Process) Purchaser : Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Project : PfoR (Additional Financing) Contract title : Procurement of diagnostic equipment for primary care and health care facilities (X-ray machine and mammography unit) Country : Kyrgyz Republic Grant No. GRANT PHCQI №TF Grant No. C 7574-KG RFP No: G-1.3 The Kyrgyz Republic has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the PfoR (additional financing) Project under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of medical equipment for primary health care facilities. 2. The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply of medical equipment for primary health care facilitie. Bids will be evaluated for each item. 1. Item - X-Ray System for Two Workstations 2. Item - 2D digital mammography for screening 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the “World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated September 2023, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): 50% for technical aspects and 50% for Bid cost . 5.
