National Consultant on PFM Strategy Development (NC10)

Country: Kyrgyzstan Description of the Assignment: The primary objective of NC10 is to support IC4 in the development of the Public Finance Management Strategy of the Kyrgyz Republic by providing sustained national expertise in legislative and regulatory reform design, implementation support, and capacity building - thereby ensuring that the Strategys reforms are grounded in the Kyrgyz legislative landscape, actionable in ministries, and effectively translated into the knowledge and skills of approximately 200 government officials. NC10 works under the guidance of IC4 and in coordination with NC11. Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 24 months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
