Service Centre & Associated Trade Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) relates to the procurement of an outsourced service centre and associated trade services as a key component of New Zealand Post’s (NZ Post’s) new service delivery model. The objective of this procurement is to establish a strategic partner capable of providing a nationwide solution for the management and delivery of reactive maintenance services across NZ Post’s property asset network. The successful provider will be responsible for delivering a 24/7 service centre function, including fault triage, work order creation, contractor coordination, and end-to-end maintenance delivery through an established and reliable network of trade partners across New Zealand. These services are critical to maintaining service continuity, operational performance, health and safety outcomes, and a positive customer and employee experience.
