ROI - CT8478 Māngere WWTP Distributed Blowers Design Services

This Registration of Interest (ROI) is for Māngere Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Distributed Blowers Design Services. Scope is to deliver preliminary and detailed design through to a tender-ready package suitable for open-market procurement of physical works under NZS 3910. The scope will be aligned with the preferred technical pathways identified in the Blower Options Report (to be released at RFT stage), while retaining flexibility to refine solutions during detailed design. The designer will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of a complete design solution and associated deliverables, including: • Site investigations and verification activities • Preliminary design and detailed design across all engineering disciplines • Key equipment procurement support, including nominated supplier selection and operational contract negotiations • Facilitation of technical workshops (HAZOP, CHAZOP, SiD) • Construction consents assistance • Preparation of contract and tender documents, and support for construction procurement and tender evaluation • Design support during construction, commissioning, and handover
