Main contractor for Classroom Refurbishment at Hirangi School

The scope of work identified the following. • Allow to demolish & remove existing cabinetry units & fixtures, consult with the kura which items are to be salvaged and which are to be removed. • New kitchen cabinetry units for rooms 1, 10 & 13. Room 13 also needs to have a cubby / locker storage for bags & student gear. • New commercial vinyl (Jacobsens Tarket IQ granit or similar) to the wet areas of room 10. Allow to cove a min of 150mm up the wall, allow for all transition trims & caps. Allow for floor remediation as required prior to new vinyl installation • New Autex composition to the walls in each of these classrooms – colour TBC, allow for 150m2 total. Allow for an aluminium edge trim to Autex panels throughout. Allow to make good paint around the affected areas as required.
