The Project Implementation Unit (PMIU) SELECT, Reform Support Unit (RSU), School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD), Government of Sindh now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement & Supply of Equipment for the Up gradation of TTRCs . The goods are required to be delivered within 90 days from the date of contract signing. No margin of preference will be permitted. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [Revised Sept 2023, Nov 2017 and August 2018] (“Procurement Regulations”),and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
