GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE REPUBLIC OF TÜRKİYE MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE FOR RECOVERY AND RESILIENCE PROJECT WATER, WASTEWATER, SOLID WASTE AND TRANSPORT SECTORS GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE Mode of Financing: INSTALMENT SALE Financing No. TUR-1066 The Republic of Türkiye - Ministry of Treasury and Finance has received financing in the amount of EUR 150,000,000.00 equivalent from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the Municipal Infrastructure for Recovery and Resilience Project - Operation - 1, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, related services and consulting services to be procured under this project. The İller Bankası A.Ş. has received financing in the amount of EUR 50,000,000.00 equivalent from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the Municipal Infrastructure for Recovery and Resilience Project - Operation - 2, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, related services and consulting services to be procured under this project. The project will include the following components Component A – Environmental Infrastructure Investments: financing investments in water, sanitation, wastewater, stormwater drainage, and solid waste management sectors with a focus on resilience against seismic and climate-related risks. These investments include construction or reconstruction of infrastructure and purchase of equipment and machinery. Component B – Sustainable Urban Mobility Investments: financing investments in sustainable urban transport such as purchasing of low-carbon vehicles (tramway/train vehicles, electric buses), creation of sub-structures (bus lanes, railway lines), development of non-motorized services (pedestrian, cycling), adoption of smart mobility technologies emphasizing on resilience and accessibility.
