GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE THE HEALTH SYSTEM STRENGTHENING PROJECT, MOZAMBIQUE Sector: Health Mode of Financing: Loan Financing No: MOZ1013 The Government of Mozambique has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) in the amount equivalent of USD 19.500.000,00 toward the cost of the Health System Strengthening Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, related services and consulting services to be procured under the project. The project will include the following components which will be procured under International Competitive Bidding (ICB), Quality Cost Based Selection from Member Country Shortlists (QCBS-MC), Least Cost Selection from Local shortlists (LCS-LC) and National Competitive Bidding (NCB) among others.
