Call for External Collaborator – Labour law expert in North Macedonia, ILO DWT/Co Budapest

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: External collaborator will provide technical support to the tripartite working group for drafting the provisions of the new Law on labour relation in North Macedonia. She/He will provide expert opinions and propose draft provisions on all the chapters of the Law. At the request of the ILO technical specialist, the external collaborator will draft information on topics relevant to the process, identify challenges in the process of aligning the legislation with the ILS and EU Directives and propose solutions.
