Reference No: MW-MOA-547077-GO-RFQ Date of Issue: 4th April, 2026 The Government of the Republic of Malawi has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Food Systems Resilience Program (FSRP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment. The Ministry of Agriculture Irrigation and Water Development - Food Systems Resilience Program (FSRP) now invites sealed Quotations from eligible suppliers. Interested eligible Suppliers may obtain further information from Food Systems Resilience Program (FSRP) during office hours i.e., 9 00 am to 4 00 pm , at the address No 1 given below. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) in English language can be inspected and collected by interested eligible Suppliers at AGCOM from 9.00 am to 4.00pm at address No 1 below. The Quotations must be delivered to the address No 2 below on or before 2.00 pm on 18 th May, 2026. Late quotations will be rejected. The envelopes for the quotations should be clearly marked Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for the PIU and must be delivered to the address at 2. 7.
