The Ministry of Education and Training via the TSRSP now invites eligible individual (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services by submitting: Cover letter stating your interest and responding to the selection criteria (maximum 2 pages) Resume and Supporting Documents to demonstrate that you meet the minimum requirements (maximum 5 pages). The criteria for selecting the Consultants are provided in detail in the TOR but not limited to: At least an advanced degree in facilities management, facilities maintenance, strategic planning, management, public policy, development studies, business, or other relevant discipline from a recognized university. Relevant work experience in facilities management maintenance, infrastructure planning and/or development Must have experience working with government agencies especially education and its stakeholders. Knowledge and understanding of infrastructure or asset management practices and challenges in the Pacific. Knowledge in the general social, economic and political environment
