The Government of Tanzania, through the Ministry of Water (MoW), is implementing the Sustainable Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Program Phase II (SRWSSP II) with support from the World Bank. The Program Development Objective (PDO) is to improve and sustain access to safely managed water supply, sanitation, and hygiene services in all villages by strengthening the capacity of selected sector institutions. To ensure effective implementation, MoW intends to engage a Consulting firm to provide Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services, offering expertise in program management, fiduciary oversight, procurement, contract management, safeguards, monitoring & evaluation, engineering, and water resources management.
