BW-OKACOM-554007-CS-INDV The Permanent Okavango River Basin Water Commission (OKACOM) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the CORB-FIT and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include providing technical leadership and hands-on support in procurement planning, bidding, evaluation, contracting, and contract management; strengthen the capacity of the project team; and ensure full compliance with the financing organizations’ procurement regulations and applicable national legislation. The contract of the Procurement Manager will be for three (3) years subject to renewal based on performance in satisfying the objective of this position or depending on material changes to project design or budget. Firms’ staff may express interest through the employing firm for the assignment and, under such situation, only the experience and qualifications of individuals shall be considered in the selection process.
