This Request for Information (RFI) forms part of the Medium Range Precision Strike (MRPS) Preliminary Market Engagement. Its aim is to give potential suppliers the opportunity to comment on the proposed requirement and the various strategies which will inform this. In issuing this RFI, the MOD is not committing to launch any procurement in relation to the requirement, and it reserves the right to alter its approach to this project prior to commencing any formal procurement process. Any related future procurement activities will be subject to the Procurement Act 2023 (PA 2023). The information contained in this RFI and any further information (whether written, electronic, or oral) supplied by the MOD in respect of this RFI is, and will be, supplied on the condition that the MOD will not be held liable for any error, omission or inaccuracy therein nor for any loss or damage sustained by any party arising as a result of reliance on such information or any subsequent communication, including any error, inaccuracy or omission resulting from any negligent act or omission of the MOD or any other person (other than in respect of fraudulent misrepresentation). No party accepts any responsibility or gives any undertaking to provide further information, including any information required to correct any earlier inaccuracy or error. Any information submitted will be considered only for the purposes of building an understanding of the markets ability to undertake the MRPS project. Lytchett Matravers Parish Council invites tenders for the refurbishment and enhancement of Rocket Park, the village's principal public play area located in Lytchett Matravers, Poole, Dorset. What3Words: ///mutual/nursing/crunching The project aims to revitalise the existing play area by replacing selected older equipment, improving all-weather accessibility, and increasing the appeal of the park for both younger children and teenagers. The Council is particularly seeking innovative and durable play solutions that will create a renewed "wow factor" within the park while complementing the existing retained equipment. The scope of works includes: -Removal and disposal of selected existing play equipment. -Relocation of an existing rotator within the site. -Installation of new toddler-focused play equipment (ages approximately 1-6). -Installation of new challenging play equipment aimed at older children/teenagers (ages approximately 12-15). -Replacement of the existing inset trampoline. -Installation of new wetpour safety surfacing and pathways. -Upgrades to the existing ball court including a combined football goal/basketball hoop arrangement. -New court markings and toddler roadway markings. -Installation of play panels within the toddler area. The Council requires equipment to be of durable, low-maintenance construction and not timber-based. The successful contractor will be responsible for all associated removal, disposal, surfacing, installation, welfare facilities, site safety, and reinstatement works. All equipment and surfacing must comply with current relevant British Standards including BS EN 1176 and BS EN 1177. The anticipated contract value is approximately between £70,000-£85,000 excluding VAT. Works are intended to take place during Autumn 2026, with contractors requested to minimise disruption during school holiday periods where possible. Utilities) & IEP Depot Temp. / Permanent Road & Retaining Wall Scope of Works: Working in partnership with HS2, the BBVS Joint Venture is responsible for the final design, construction, and commissioning of the HS2 Old Oak Common station in West London. The station is the London interchange station of the UK's second high-speed railway. It will be located on the site of the now demolished Old Oak Common Railway Depot, bounded by the Crossrail Depot to the north, the London Overground West London line to the east, the Intercity Express Programme Depot to the south and Old Oak Common Lane to the west. HS2, Great Western Main Line (GWML), Crossrail and Heathrow Express services will be served by the new Old Oak Common Station. HS2 Old Oak Common Station will provide a state-of-the-art gateway to London and the wider area, with efficient intermodal interchange with rail, taxi, cycle and pedestrian modes. Old Oak Common Lane highways package involves all the lowering, widening and realignment of the Old Oak Common Lane highway, inclusive of temporary / permanent access routes, removal of redundant utilities, installation of final utilities and civils works along Old Oak Common Lane and Wells House Road (incl. retaining walls). BBVS is seeking to contract under NEC3 Option A with a contractor to deliver Old Oak Common Lane highways package of works that includes the following elements in summary: i. IEP Depot temporary & permanent access route (incl. retaining wall construction / realignment) ii.
