This is a market consultation that is being carried out in advance of issuing a Contract Notice in the Official Journal of the European Union. A key component of this options analysis is to identify what the market can deliver and to understand how the market can support and deliver ESB’s capacity requirements in the short, medium, and long term.

In summary, the Goods comprise: The Goods are structured across four (4) Lots as follows: • Lot 1: Continuous Certified Inorganic Gas Analyser for the monitoring of Nitrogen Oxides (3 instruments) • Continuous Certified Inorganic Gas Analyser for the monitoring of Ozone (2 instruments) • Continuous Certified Inorganic Gas Analyser for the monitoring of Carbon Monoxide (3 instruments) • Continuous Certified Inorganic Gas Analyser for the monitoring of Sulphur Dioxide (2 instruments) • Lot 2: Ultra Fine Particle Monitoring Instruments (2 instruments) • Lot 3: Benzene Monitoring Instruments (2 instruments) Mercury Monitoring Instruments (1 instrument) Ammonia Monitoring Instruments (1 instrument) Black Carbon Monitoring Instruments (2 instruments) • Lot 4: Particulate Matter Gravimetric Monitoring Instruments (3 instruments ) The EPA requires automatic, real time ambient air monitoring instrumentation, which is capable of operating in the field, simultaneously measuring a range of parameters specified by the legislation (inorganic gases, particulate matter, black carbon, ultrafine particles, ammonia, PAHs, mercury, metals and benzene). The instruments must be equivalent to the reference method as detailed in CEN standards and the new Ambient Air Directive (2024/2881) and have current valid EU certification. The instruments shall require minimum interaction with field staff and must be capable of remote communication with the EPA Air Quality IT systems. The Education Procurement Service (EPS) on behalf of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for appointment to a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement (the “Framework Agreement”) for the supply, delivery, installation, servicing and maintenance of ambient air monitoring equipment required at two (2) Supersites and at a minimum of five (5) Hotspots for the EPA mandated by the Ambient Air Directive, up to twenty-nine (29) instruments to be supplied and installed

The FET College Major Capital Programme (FCMCP) is the primary focus of the Framework and Competition. It is anticipated that services drawn down from the Framework will, primarily, relate to the FET College Major Capital Programme, allowing for the provision of services from an Integrated Design Team (the IDT) with respect to the twelve (12) projects under the FET College Major Capital Programme (FCMCP). The provision of services, as required on an individual and ad-hoc basis by a Contracting Authority, which are ancillary or related to the delivery of one of the twelve (12) projects under the FCMCP (the Related Services). The Framework Owner and Framework Users may also make appointments within the remit of the Framework to support their own mandate outside of the current FCMCP. This will allow for the following: technical, design, delivery, consultancy and advisory services (the Supplementary Services) and the provision of services from an IDT with respect of Capital Project Delivery of buildings and facilities of a similar scale than those currently described as part of the FCMCP. The FCMCP involves the development of purpose-designed Further Education and Training facilities (buildings) in 12 of the 16 Education and Training Board (ETB) areas throughout the country. The FET College Major Capital Programme (FCMCP) is a major, multi-year investment initiative designed to modernise and transform the Further Education and Training (FET) sector. The programme, as part of a new operational model for FET, aims to shift towards a portfolio of consolidated, high-quality, and sustainable FET Colleges that will support an inclusive and inspiring learning environment using sustainable design and construction approaches. The Applications for this competition consist of four Principal Consultants (Architecture and Team Lead, Civil and Structural Engineer, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, Quantity Surveyor) established as part of this Framework. The remedial works that require to be carried out consist of the stripping out, removal and proper disposal of the redundant LPHW Space heating installation in the original 1977 building, including the existing cold water storage facility and the existing boiler house installation. The project also includes the provision of general power associated with the proposed LPHW Space heating upgrade works, the provision of a new emergency lighting and fire alarm installations. The remainder existing electrical installation shall be retained, including the existing Solar PV system.

This is a call to competition by Iarnród Éireann to establish a multi-party Framework Agreement for the provision of Low voltage Electrical Systems and Services (the “Contract”) in Ireland as advertised on e-tenders. Iarnród Éireann proposes to establish a multi-party framework agreement for electrical services for low voltage equipment (i.e. less than 1000V). IÉ plans to roll out a renewals program, which will see the modernisation of many traction assets located on the existing DART network over the next few years. The scope of the agreement will involve the renewal of LV services and LV equipment on or near the line and will also extend to other LV equipment located on the IÉ network. The extent and details of the works to be undertaken within the renewals program will vary from location to location. Project works shall be awarded in separate packages based on the “Call Off Contract” procedure set out in the Framework Agreement. Further specific details will be provided to the companies who are pre-qualified to the ITT stage.

Academic faculty from the relevant department(s) are seated on stage, and the audience is comprised of family and friends attending in person. The University seeks to ensure that these ceremonies are captured and delivered to a high standard for both in-person attendees and remote viewers.
