The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the provision of Audio/Video Technical Support and Maintenance. The purpose of this tender is to contract a vendor for the provision of Audio/Video Technical Support Services and Maintenance of audio-visual equipment at IFAD’s Headquarters in Rome, via Paolo di Dono 44. IFAD is looking for a contractor who can provide its qualified technicians to carry out: - Technical support, on a daily basis – two technicians on site – and ordinary maintenance - Extraordinary technical support and maintenance. The contract will be issued initially for 3 years with a possible renewal for additional two years for a total of maximum 5 years. This contract will be issued as a Long-Term Agreement (LTA), initially valid for a period of three (3) years, with the possibility of renewal for an additional two (2) years, for a maximum total duration of five (5) years. Following the evaluation process, the Organization intends to award one primary Long-Term Agreement (LTA) to the highest-ranked responsive and qualified bidder, and one secondary (backup) LTA to the second-highest-ranked bidder. The establishment of an LTA does not constitute a financial commitment, and purchase orders shall be issued on an if and when required basis. Project duration: UNHCR Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) Italy is seeking to collaborate for a period of 12 months, tentatively starting from September 2026, with potential extensions of further period of 12 months; in total a 2-year (1+1) agreement, subject to satisfactory services. The selected providers will need to keep terms and conditions unchanged for the contract's duration. Any contractual extensions with the supplier(s) will be assessed based on service needs, performance, and availability of funds.
