SECTION 1 : DEMANDE DE DEVIS Pour l’acquisition, installation et opérationnalisation du système d’enregistrement Obour/Mauritanie visit, aux postes frontières de Tenaha, Hamoud, Melgué, Sagné et connexion à un serveur central au niveau de l’état-major de la gendarmerie nationale. L’Organisation internationale pour les migrations vous invite à soumettre un devis pour la fourniture des services décrits à l’annexe 1 de la présente demande de devis. La présente demande de devis comprend les documents suivants : Section 1 : La présente lettre de demande Section 2 : Instructions et informations relatives aux demandes de devis Annexe 1 : Liste des besoins Annexe 2 : Formulaire de soumission de devis Annexe 3 : Offre technique et financière Lors de l’établissement du devis, veuillez-vous référer aux instructions et informations relatives à la demande de devis. Les devis doivent être soumis en complétant le Formulaire de soumission de devis (annexe 2) et l’offre technique et financière (annexe 3), selon la méthode spécifiée, et à la date et à l’heure indiquées. Il vous incombe de veiller à ce que votre devis soit soumis dans les délais fixés. Les devis reçus après la date limite de soumission, pour quelque raison que ce soit, ne seront pas pris en considération. Nous vous remercions et attendons avec intérêt votre devis.
