The requirement consists of 4 items in the following 4 lots: Lot #1 Fluorometer - 17 unitsLot #2 EM Field Strength Meter - 15 units;Lot #3 Spectrometric complex (alpha, beta, gamma spectrometer) - 15 units;Lot #4 Portable spectrometric complex - 15 unitsNote to Bidders: Bidders are allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. The consulting services include preparation of Detailed Energy Audits (DEA), Structural and Seismic Assessments (SSA), detailed design documentation, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), technical specifications, cost estimates, State Expertise support, and related services for selected public buildings in Namangan Region. The implementation period of the assignment is expected to be completed within five (5) months. The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they possess the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting and selection shall be carried out in accordance with the Consultant’s Qualifications-Based Selection (CQS) method set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020, revised September 2025).
