Tenderers offering to undertake only part of the contract will be rejected. The TEC Partnership is a multi-campus further and higher education business. It is important to note that the TEC Partnership has campus sites in North East Lincolnshire, East Lindsey & North Yorkshire. A list of sites and assets is located at Appendix 6, document 3. Demolition of Former Papdale Halls of Residence, Kirkwall

The project will comprise the complete removal of the buildings, foundations, roads, footpaths, services and infrastructure back to a brownfield site, ready for future development. The project will also comprise the licensed removal of asbestos containing materials from the building prior to demolition and recycling of all waste materials where possible. The residential complex includes 5 no. three-storey residential blocks, connecting single-storey concourse, boiler stack and oil storage tanks. The buildings are CLASP Mk 4 construction comprising concrete panel curtain walling fixed to a steel frame. The floors and original flat roof are timber construction and windows and doors aluminium. A steel frame pitched roof was later installed on the residential blocks with metal profiled sheets. The buildings have a gross internal floor area of 5155m2 and a total site area of 14,149m2.
Worcester Cathedral – Reaching New Heights: Scaffolding Contractor (Expression of Interest)

Project Overview Worcester Cathedral is proposing a programme of high-level repair works to the North-West tower pinnacles, following previous storm-related damage and ongoing fabric deterioration. The works will require a complex, high-level access scaffold to facilitate: - Careful dismantling and rebuilding of stone pinnacles - Masonry repairs and conservation works - Associated roof-level access and protection measures - The scaffold will form a critical element of the project, both in enabling safe access and in protecting the historic fabric below. National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026

Pagabo Limited, acting as an agent of YPO is seeking to establish a Closed Framework to combine the scopes of the National Framework for Civils and Infrastructure and the National Framework for Demolition and Land Preparation, replacing the existing two Frameworks. The current Civils and Infrastructure Framework is set to expire May 2026, the current Demolition Framework is set to expire upon execution of this procurement. It is proposed that this new Framework will be for a four year term from September 2026. The Framework intends to appoint a number of Contractors to provide a full range of Civil Engineering and Infrastructure works, Demolition works and Land Preparation works. The resulting Framework will be UK wide and will be available to all Public Sector Bodies. It is anticipated that, while the Framework Agreement is governed by the English Law, the Contracting Authority may, during the first 2-weeks of the tendering period introduce Scottish Law to form a part of the Framework Agreement Terms and Conditions. This is to support compliance with the applicable legal requirements in Scotland. The Contracting Authority will communicate this information to Bidders, in a transparent and proportionate manner. Bidders are to take this into account, while preparing tender return submissions.
Client Project Management Services for the National Lottery Heritage Fund project Reimagining Margam Castle

Following a successful Round 1 application to The National Lottery Heritage Fund, funding has been secured for the ‘Development’ phase of Reimagining Margam Castle. This project runs until February 2028. Funding has been granted for specialist consultancies and resources to develop a Round 2 application to The National Lottery Heritage Fund, if successful this will unlock the full grant. Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide Client Project Management Services. Development Phase (RIBA 2-3) will run from the consultant’s appointment to February 2028. Delivery Phase (RIBA 4-6) is anticipated to run from either a) Spring 2028 or b) Summer 2028 to a) end 2031 or b) Spring 2032 [dates (a) assumes a November 2027 Round 2 application and dates (b) assumes a February 2028 application – end dates incl. defects rectification]. This appointment includes a break clause; continuation to the Delivery Phase will depend on performance, obtaining all required permissions and consents, and a successful Round 2 pass.
