PfH Decarbonisation, Retrofit and Planned Works Framework for Wales
Procurement for Housing
PfH Cymru (Procurement for Housing Wales) wishes to establish a Wales-specific Decarbonisation, Retrofit and Planned Works Framework Agreement. Established in 2004, Procurement for Housing (PfH) is a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector and supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark. Collectively our Members manage more than 90% of the UK's social housing stock, with PfH helping them to achieve efficiency savings using a wide range of services including framework agreements, dynamic purchasing systems, spend analyses, strategy reviews, consolidated billing and comprehensive reporting. PfH is a contracting authority under section 2 of the Procurement Act 2023 and a centralised procurement authority under section 1(4) of that Act. The Royal Parks is currently tendering the opportunity to provide Grounds Maintenance Services across several sites. Lot 1 Hyde Park Lot 2 Kensington Gardens Lot 3 St James, The Green Park and Tower Garden The sites have high visitor numbers and are iconic. This service will cover the provision of grounds maintenance and associated services in accordance with the objectives and requirement of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23). The scope includes but is not limited to: • Routine and reactive grass cutting, lawn care, and turf management. • Maintenance of hedges, shrubs, flowerbeds, and seasonal planting. • Weed control, including the use of approved herbicides and environmentally sustainable alternatives. • Litter picking, leaf clearance, and general grounds tidiness. • Winter services, such as gritting and snow clearance (where applicable). • Stewarding at select events and sites • Associated inspections, reporting and compliance with relevant health and safety, environmental standards and Park management. This contract aims to provide a compliant, flexible, and a value for money route for the Royal Parks across a number of sites. Successful suppliers will be required to demonstrate: • Relevant experience and technical capability in grounds maintenance. • Working to applicable ISO standards such as sustainability, quality, health and safety, and any other relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001) or equivalent systems. • A commitment to sustainability, biodiversity, and social value outcomes in line with the public benefit requirements of Procurement Act 2023. The scope of this opportunity may change during the life time of the contract depending on Regulatory requirements, sustainability challenges such as weather conditions, sites altering due to park usage and unforeseen needs. Izvođenje radova na nabavci, postavljanju i održavanju saobraćajne signalizacije i opreme se planira za period od 3 (tri) godine, odnosno planira se zaključenje Okvirnog sporazuma maksimalne procijenjene vrijednosti cca 400,000,00 KM bez PDV-a, odnosno 468.000,00 KM sa PDV-om i definisanje specifikacijom radova koja je u prilogu Tenderske dokumentacije. Izvođenje radova će se odvijati na cijelom području općine Vogošća, u zavisnosti od potreba i u skladu sa izrađenim i 2 / 5 budućim saobraćajnim projektima. Sama realizacija će dodatno zavisiti od finansijskih mogućnosti koje će se obezbijediti u Budžetu Općine Vogošća za predmetne radove. Izvođenje radova na terenu će se vršiti poštujući odredbe Zakona o osnovama sigurnosti saobraćaja ( „ , Sl. Glasnik BiH“, broj: 6/2006, 75/2006 - ispravka, 44/2007, 84/2009, 48/2010 . drugi zakon, 18/2013, 8/2017, 89/2017 9/2018, 46/2023 i 88/2023), Zakona o cestama Fedetacije BiH („Sl. Novine FBiH“ broj: 12/10, 16/10 i 66/13), Zakona o cestama Kantona Sarajevo („Sl. Novine KS“ broj: 1/22), Zakona o uređenju saobraćaja na području Kantona Sarajevo („Sl. WP15.03 Old Oak Common Lane (OOCL) - Highways (incl. Utilities) & IEP Depot Temp. / Permanent Road & Retaining Wall Scope of Works: Working in partnership with HS2, the BBVS Joint Venture is responsible for the final design, construction, and commissioning of the HS2 Old Oak Common station in West London. The station is the London interchange station of the UK's second high-speed railway. It will be located on the site of the now demolished Old Oak Common Railway Depot, bounded by the Crossrail Depot to the north, the London Overground West London line to the east, the Intercity Express Programme Depot to the south and Old Oak Common Lane to the west. HS2, Great Western Main Line (GWML), Crossrail and Heathrow Express services will be served by the new Old Oak Common Station. HS2 Old Oak Common Station will provide a state-of-the-art gateway to London and the wider area, with efficient intermodal interchange with rail, taxi, cycle and pedestrian modes. Old Oak Common Lane highways package involves all the lowering, widening and realignment of the Old Oak Common Lane highway, inclusive of temporary / permanent access routes, removal of redundant utilities, installation of final utilities and civils works along Old Oak Common Lane and Wells House Road (incl. retaining walls). BBVS is seeking to contract under NEC3 Option A with a contractor to deliver Old Oak Common Lane highways package of works that includes the following elements in summary: i. IEP Depot temporary & permanent access route (incl. retaining wall construction / realignment) ii. Old Oak Common Lane highway lowering, widening & realignment (incl. street furniture, lighting and signage) iii. Removal of all redundant utilities within the highway iv. Installation of final utilities and telecoms including but not limited to clean water, foul sewer, storm sewer, non-contestable telecoms and UKPN works v. Old Oak Common Lane / Wells House Road civil engineering works including but not limited to new retaining
