Electric Vehicle Changes Points in London Borough of Sutton Owned Assets
London Borough of Sutton
The London Borough of Sutton aims to transform the borough into a sustainable, green community by 2027, with the delivery of a robust Electric Vehicle (EV) Strategy as a key priority. This project focuses on the implementation of EV charging solutions at approximately 40 pre-selected off-highway sites, including surface and multi-storey car parks, public parks, and leisure centres. The Council's objective is to provide an initial installation of approximately 180+ chargers (based on anticipated bay allocations) to support residents, local businesses, and the transition of the Council's own vehicle fleet, thereby facilitating a borough-wide reduction in carbon emissions. The Council requires a partner for the full life cycle delivery and management of this infrastructure under a concession contract model, which will involve a shared ownership and funding approach. The council recognises an opportunity to work with a partner to raise income and optimising this is built into the evaluation criteria. The selected contractor will be responsible for the entire EV delivery process, including feasibility and detailed design, supply and installation, and 24/7 back-office operation and support of the charging network. Additionally, the scope includes comprehensive routine and reactive maintenance to ensure the infrastructure remains reliable and modern, alongside the development of a long-term roadmap for network expansion through 2030 and beyond.

Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure
Lancashire County Council
This Tender is being published to support the Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) fund, which is a major UK government initiative, administered by the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV), designed to support local authorities in England to roll out electric vehicle public charging infrastructure. The scheme aims to assist residents without off-street parking in transitioning to electric vehicles (EVs). The Authority has been awarded £10,111,000 for the provision of public EV Chargepoints from the Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) Capital fund, funded by the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles. Additionally, the Authority has secured £400,000 from the LEVI Pilot fund specifically for the delivery of lamppost-integrated Chargepoints. Delivery of the Pilot project has been included as a required element in this tender to ensure there is an integrated and consistent approach to EVI provision. The Authority's contribution towards the works required to deliver the Contract is £10,511,000 which is aggregate sum of the LEVI Capital fund the LEVI Pilot fund as set out above. This Procurement and subsequent Contract is offered and will be delivered as a single lot covering the whole county. The Authority's desire is that installations can be balanced across the more commercially viable and the less commercially viable areas across the county. An experienced CPO with the technical expertise to deliver at the required scale and at pace is vital for a contract of this size. Modelling conducted for the Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) Strategy link: 'https://www.lancashire.gov.uk/media/945415/the-lancashire-and-blackburn-with-darwen-electric-vehicle-infrastructure-strategy.pdf' supported by forecasts from Cenex and Transport for the North, indicates that Lancashire will require a minimum of 6,200 charging Sockets by 2030. The number of individual units (Chargepoints) will depend on the use of technology, i.e. 7kW or 50kW+, and the number of Sock

Scotland's Public Sector Heat Decarbonisation Framework
Scottish Government
The purpose of this contract notice is for the procurement of the Scotland’s Public Sector Heat Decarbonisation Framework (SPSHD) previously known as the Non Domestic Energy Efficiency (“NDEE”) Framework for public sector estate improvement works. This procurement will follow a two stage Restricted Procedure: suppliers will first complete an SPD, and shortlisted suppliers will then be invited to submit a full tender at the ITT stage. The Framework, which the Scottish Government will manage, will cover building energy retrofit in its broadest sense including a combination of building fabric, building environmental services systems and their control (e.g. heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, water etc.), on site renewables, and the potential to connect to district heating systems. It will enable public sector bodies wishing to take forward energy retrofit projects to use (or ‘call off) the Framework and run mini-competitions with suppliers appointed to it to deliver those projects. In addition, the Scottish Government will incorporate the decarbonisation of heating systems into the Framework to meet strategic objectives around net zero. In addition to the delivery of works as part of energy retrofit projects, public sector bodies may require framework suppliers to deliver ancillary services. For example, at call-off stage, Economic Operators may be expected to demonstrate their capability to operate and maintain the technology they install. This could include ongoing maintenance or technical support; however, such services will be subject to Framework Public Bodies' needs and may not be required for every project. Where these services are necessary, suppliers may be requested to provide them directly or alternatively through an approved subcontractor, with responsibility for quality and performance remaining with the primary contractor. The Framework will have one lot, comprising multiple framework suppliers each able to deliver energy efficiency works and service
