Cheltenham Borough Council (the Authority) is looking to appoint an experienced and competent Supplier to manufacture, install and remove advertising banners on lamp posts for organisations that have booked advertising space with the Authority. The Authority are able to erect banners on lamp posts by virtue of a license with Gloucestershire County Council. There are currently 166 lamp posts available for advertising campaigns, with pending planning approval for an additional 40 lamp posts in 2 high traffic areas leading into Cheltenham. The Contract will be for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend for a further year. The anticipated value for this below threshold contract is £153,000 (inclusive of VAT) including the contract extension.

HealthTrust Europe is seeking to establish a framework agreement with suitably qualified providers for the provision of pathology storage, scanning, and associated management solutions, as detailed within this contract notice. The framework will support Participating Authorities by offering comprehensive services for the storage, retrieval, management, and processing of pathology materials, associated records, and digital outputs. The Framework Agreement will be structured into four Lots, each comprising core and, where applicable, optional requirements. Suppliers may bid for one or multiple Lots, including an aggregated offering. Lot 1: Storage, Retrieval and Management of Pathology Samples This Lot covers physical storage and lifecycle management of pathology materials and associated documentation. Core requirements include: physical storage and management of pathology samples and records; retrieval and transportation; inventory management; and destruction of pathology samples. Optional requirements include: provision of consumables associated with storage, handling, and transport. Lot 2: Pathology Slide Scanning Services and Solutions This Lot focuses on the digitisation of pathology materials and the management of resulting digital assets. Core requirements include: offsite slide scanning services to generate Whole Slide Images; electronic retrieval of digital images; and physical retrieval and transport of pathology samples. Optional requirements include: inventory management; virtual storage solutions; image management systemsand ; provision of consumables; destruction of pathology samples; and deletion of digital images and associated records. Lot 3: Specialised Stem Cell Storage This Lot provides specialised storage services for stem cells requiring controlled environmental conditions. 2025-122- Cost Assessment Advisors to OFTO team for Tender and Policy
Ofgem
Ofgem is looking to procure the necessary Cost Assessment advisors for the Offshore Transmission Owners (OFTO) team to continue its regulatory duties. Provision of these services will be crucial and without this, Ofgem will be unable to run effective tender processes for the upcoming tender rounds. Ofgem are required to run a tender exercise for all offshore transmission projects that qualify under the Tender Regulations 2015. Provision of Cost Assessment consultancy support services will be crucial to ensure that a robust tender process takes place for upcoming tender rounds and without this, Ofgem will be unable to run an effective tender process. To facilitate a robust tender evaluation process, Ofgem requires the services of a supplier on various aspects of the tender and transaction process - evaluation of bidder submissions, and financial assessment required to bring the project to close/appoint an OFTO. Ofgem are required to undertake a cost assessment review of the OFTO assets for those projects that will be the subject of the tender process. This review is fundamental in determining the cost of building the transmission assets to ensure that those costs stated by the developer fairly reflect what will be transferred and that consumers are receive value for money. With this being the case, data submitted by the project developer must be carefully evaluated to ensure that assets are being transferred in the most economic and efficient manner possible. As part of the LGA’s three graduate programmes, Impact: The Local Government Graduate Programme, Impact: Finance and Pathways to Planning, the LGA wishes to receive bids from individuals, organisations or sole traders to design, develop, pilot and refine Situational Judgement Test (SJT) content, for use at the initial sift stage of our graduate recruitment programmes. The successful supplier will develop a bank of SJT questions and responses aligned to each programme’s competency framework (see Appendix 11). The bank of questions must cover each programmes competencies equally, grounded in realistic role demands and use a format that minimises unnecessary ambiguity and cognitive load. This will include initial design, piloting with an appropriate sample group, analysis of outcomes and refinement of the SJT content as required, with the explicit aim of ensuring the assessment is robust, accessible and minimises adverse impact.
