Under this procurement, there is also the requirement to upgrade the existing connection points, and electrical infrastructure to support the proposed scheme. Due to the works and service elements, there will be two contracts under this procurement, both contracts will be awarded to one contractor. The cost and quality response for both elements will be evaluated as a combined bid. There is scope within the specification for the scheme to be reduced depending on available budget.

Accord-cadre de production déléguée de l'événement « Un Été au Havre » pour les saisons 2027 à 2030
GIP UN ETE AU HAVRE
Cet accord-cadre a pour objet de déléguer une partie de la production, la conservation, la maintenance et la restauration des oeuvres de la manifestation « Un Été Au Havre » dans l'espace public pour les éditions 2027 à 2030. Le présent marché est pour partie un marché ordinaire et pour partie un accord-cadre s'exécutant en application des articles R2162-2 à R2162-6 du code de la commande publique. Le marché est attribué à un seul opérateur économique, la partie accord-cadre est donc mono-attributaire. Cet accord-cadre donne lieu à la passation de marchés subséquents. Le marché prend effet à compter de sa date de notification pour une durée de 1 an renouvelable par tacite reconduction trois fois. Le pouvoir adjudicateur met à disposition le dossier de consultation par voie électronique, à l'adresse suivante : https://www.mpe76.fr. Les candidats pourront télécharger le dossier de consultation et remettre leur(s) offre(s). La plateforme dispose d'un espace fournisseur contenant un espace de stockage et un coffre-fort électronique (onglet gestion). S'il utilise cet outil le candidat devra l'indiquer explicitement dans son dossier.
