This procurement is for the provision of an audit contractor to perform technical site audits as part of the Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentives programme and the Green Gas Support Scheme on behalf of Ofgem. The overarching requirements of the audit site visit, regardless of Scheme, include the successful tenderer’s auditors to: • Check the accuracy of data provided to Ofgem. This includes data provided in any reports; • Securing assurance of compliance with Ofgem’s published guidance and with any procedures or Scheme that Ofgem may have agreed with the participant; • Detecting non-compliance and fraud, either on the part of the Auditee or those parties with whom they have a contract for delivering their obligations; and • Detecting departures from good practice that have resulted, or that may result in the incorrect supply of information to Ofgem. The successful tenderer will be expected to have a full understanding of the NDRHI and GGSS requirements and expect that they can apply their mechanical services expertise during site visits to understand when installations or participants are not complying with the relevant legislation.

The Authority wishes to award a contract for an assessment of Green Belts in York and North Yorkshire ("the Contract"). North Yorkshire Council (NYC), City of York Council (CYC) and the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority (YNYCA) are working jointly on an assessment of Green Belts within their respective areas. The assessment will provide evidence to support decision taking on planning applications and, if necessary, be used alongside further work to inform the preparation of Local Plans being produced by each council. At the appropriate point, the review will also feed into the production of a Spatial Development Strategy for the area, which is to be produced by the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority.

Formålet med anskaffelsen er å gjennomføre prøveboring etter grunnvann for å kartlegge og dokumentere et grunnvannssystem som kan etableres som hovedvannkilde for Gildeskål kommune. Før prøveborring skal det gjennomføres geofysiske undersøkelser. De geofysiske undersøkelsene har som mål å kartlegge strukturer under bakken, som har stor betydning for grunnvannsforekomstene. De geofysiske undersøkelsene har som hovedformål å øke treffsikkerhet for borring. Grunnlaget for anskaffelsen er rapporten «Grunnvann i Gildeskål kommune – rapport fra innledende undersøkelser» utarbeidet av Ruden AS (26.09.2025). Rapporten konkluderer med at det foreligger betydelig potensial for grunnvannsuttak innenfor området fra Skauvoll i sør til Trolldalen i nord, og anbefaler tidlig prøveboring i både fjell og løsmasser for å redusere usikkerhet og danne beslutningsgrunnlag for videre utbygging. Kommunens estimerte vannbehov er ca. 17,4 l/s, tilsvarende forsyning til om lag 1 000 abonnenter, med interesse for eventuelle løsninger som kan gi høyere kapasitet.

Open Framework for Nuclear Technical Services

UKNNL would like to invite suppliers to apply to join a new Open Framework to support with the supply of Nuclear Technical Services for the United Kingdom National Nuclear Laboratory. A Pre-Market Engagement Notice reference: ocds-h6vhtk-066005 was published. The framework will run from July 2026 until July 2030 with the option to extend the framework by a further 4 years, until July 2034. The Framework will reopen once within the first 3-year period, and UKNNL will open it again at least once in the remaining 5-year contract term as required under Regulation 49 of the Procurement Act 2023. UKNNL may opt to open the framework for applications earlier than required, although not likely to be ever more than two times per year. Re-opening may be in relation to the framework agreement in its entirety or in relation to specific lots. Earlier re-opening could be triggered by a range of factors, which may include but are not limited to: • Supply & demand changes • Changes to requirements • Changes to framework lotting structure • Changes to rate card structures • Changes to qualitative assessment • Changes to framework management • Addition of new framework lots • Changes to demand, volumes, values and geographical coverage Suppliers are permitted to amend their technical and commercial response at each re-opening or can choose to allow their previous submission to be considered. The framework has the ability to award contracts through mini competition or direct award. Call-off contracts can be either fixed cost or cost reimbursable. Mini-Competition Where mini-competition is used, this is to be via the e-tender portal and must include all suppliers on the applicable lot. Each mini competition will be restricted to only one Lot. At mini-competition, suppliers can be asked to re-price and may offer discounted rates if they choose to, but may not charge more than the pricing which was submitted at the latest round of framework qualification.
