Balisage des couloirs de passage et aires de pâturage

Niger Integrated Landscape Management Project

Le Gouvernement de la République du Niger a reçu un financement de la Banque mondiale (la Banque) pour supporter le coût du Projet de Gestion Intégrée des Paysages (PGIP) et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie du produit aux paiements en vertu du marché pour les travaux de balisage de 300kml de couloirs de passage et aires de pâturage dans les régions de Tillabéry , Dosso, Tahoua, Maradi et Diffa. Le Projet de Gestion Intégrée de Paysages (PGIP) invite, par la présente, les soumissionnaires à présenter leurs Offres sous pli fermé, pour la réalisation de travaux de balisage des couloirs de passage et aires de pâturage dans les régions de Tillabéry, Dosso, Tahoua, Maradi et Diffa. a) Le délai d’exécution est de : trois (3) mois pour chacun des lots. b) Les couloirs de passage et les aires de pâturage sont reparties en trois (3) lots. Lot 1 : Travaux de balisage de 66kml de couloirs de passage dans les régions de Tillabéry et Dosso Lot 2 : Travaux de balisage de 37kml de couloirs de passage et 496 ha aires de pâturage dans les régions de Tahoua et Maradi . Lot 3 : Travaux de balisage de 95 kml de couloirs de passage dans l a région de Diffa. NB : Les soumissionnaires peuvent postuler à tous les lots mais ne peuvent être attributaires que d’un seul lot. La procédure sera conduite par mise en concurrence nationale en recourant à une Demande de Cotations (DC) telle que définie dans les Règles de Passation de Marchés applicables aux Emprunteurs dans le cadre de financement « de projets d’investissement, en date de Juillet 2016, Révision Novembre 2017, Aout 2018, Septembre 2023 et février 2025 et Septembre 2025 disponible sur www.worldbank.org.
