The Project is being implemented by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Higher Education (MoECHE). The Project seeks to strengthen women’s economic empowerment by equipping Somali women with market-relevant entrepreneurial, leadership, and employability skills that support sustainable livelihoods and resilience. The consulting services (“the Services”) include development and delivery of short-term women’s leadership and employability skills training programmes targeting informal and aspiring women entrepreneurs across Somalia. The assignment will support curriculum development, training delivery, trainer recruitment, mentorship and post-training support, monitoring and evaluation, and certification of participants. The Consultant will undertake all specific tasks and deliverables detailed in the Terms of Reference (TOR). The duration of the consulting services contract shall be for twelve (12) calendar months, commencing from the effective date of contract.
