The Project is being implemented by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Higher Education (MoECHE). The Project aims to strengthen women’s leadership, employability, and economic participation by equipping Somali women with market-relevant competencies, leadership capabilities, and pathways to sustainable livelihoods. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the development and delivery of women’s leadership and employability skills training programs targeting female employees, job seekers, and recent graduates across Somalia. The assignment will support curriculum development, training delivery, mentorship, trainer recruitment, monitoring and evaluation, and certification of participants. The Consultant will undertake all specific tasks and deliverables detailed in the Terms of Reference (TOR).
