The Government of Cabo Verde has received financing in the amount of USD 29.00 million from the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank Group toward the cost of the Health Security Program in Western and Central Africa Project . It intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under the contract for the above-mentioned assignment. 2. The consulting services (“the Services”) consist of hiring international consulting teams to standardize laboratory SOPs and define laboratory responsibilities for diagnosing diseases with epidemic potential, ensuring the harmonization of procedures at all levels of the health system in Cabo Verde. The assignment is expected to be carried out over a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of contract signature. 3.
