REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST Country: Republic of Tajikistan Project: One Health for Pandemic Prevention Food Systems Resilience and Ecosystem Health in Central Asia Grant No.: E452-TJ Assignment Title: Consulting services for the preparation of DED, and author’s supervision for two (2) State center for sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (SES) in the Hamadoni, Vose districts and six (6) labaratories of the regional SES in the Kulob, Kushoniyon, Vakhsh, A. Jomi, Yovon and Fayzobod districts of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of Tajikistan Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): OHP/CS/CQS-2026/04 1. The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the International Development Association and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development toward the cost of the One Health for Pandemic Prevention Food Systems Resilience and Ecosystem Health in Central Asia and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. 2. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The criteria for selecting the Consultant are: - At least 5 years of proven experience in preparation of design and cost estimate documentation (DED) for construction and/or rehabilitation projects; - Familiarity with national construction standards and regulations (SNiP, GOST, and other applicable); - Experience in projects financed by international organizations (e.g., World Bank, ADB, UN agencies) will be considered an advantage; - Successful completion of at least one similar assig
