Build financial management capacities and introduce digital tools. 5. Facilitate market linkages and access to financial services (SACCOs, VSLAs, MFIs, banks, LGA funds). Stage 3: Institutionalization and Structuring 1. Facilitate enterprise integration into local ecosystems (LGAs, BDSPs, private sector). 2. Strengthen linkages for continued advisory, technical, and market support. 3. Develop and apply the Exit Readiness Scorecard to assess sustainability levels. 4. Conduct structured handover of tools, systems, and processes. En América Latina y el Caribe, el número de niños en trabajo infantil se redujo un 11% entre 2020 y 2024, pasando de 8 millones a aproximadamente 7,3 millones. Sin embargo, la prevalencia regional se mantuvo prácticamente estable en 5,4%, lo que evidencia que la reducción absoluta no ha sido suficiente para alcanzar la Meta 8.7 de los ODS y hace necesario fortalecer la respuesta de los países. En apoyo a estos esfuerzos, la OIT y la CEPAL desarrollaron el Modelo de Identificación del Riesgo de Trabajo Infantil (MIRTI), implementado ya en 11 países de la región. El MIRTI permite orientar políticas preventivas mediante mapas locales de riesgo construidos a partir de datos estadísticos nacionales validados por cada país. En este marco, los Ministerios de Trabajo de Panamá, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica y Perú han decidido implementar el MIRTI y han solicitado asistencia técnica para validar la metodología aplicada, ajustar resultados y elaborar mapas nacionales y locales de riesgo en coordinación con sus institutos nacionales de estadística. La presente consultoría tiene como objetivo brindar apoyo técnico especializado durante el proceso estadístico de implementación del MIRTI, asegurando la calidad y consistencia de la información procesada, así como la elaboración de los mapas de riesgo y sus respectivas fichas técnicas.
