This updated design is expected to be a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet modern demands - incorporating climate-smart approaches, aligning with global best practices in sustainable development while symbolizing Liberia’s commitment to effective fisheries management. The purpose: provision of comprehensive technical support to the Education Section at UNICEF Liberia and the Ministry of Education (MoE) for the effective 2026 roll-out of the Learning Passport (LP) in Liberia. This includes the development of a content strategy, the conversion of prioritized curriculum into digital formats, and the delivery of digital education solutions at school and community levels. The selected institution is expected to deploy a multi-disciplinary team to ensure all technical and pedagogical requirements are met.
