THE REVOLUTIONARY GOVERNMENT OF ZANZIBAR MINISTRY OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, GENDER, ELDERLY, AND CHILDREN (MCDGEC) ADVANCING GENDER EQUALITY IN TANZANIA (PAMOJA) PROJECT REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: TZ-MOCDGEC-549206-CS-QCBS CONSULTANCY (FIRM ) TO PROVIDE BUSINESS SERVICES TO COMMUNITY-BASED WOMEN GROUPS IN ZANZIBAR Project ID No: P178813 The Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Advancing Gender Equality In Tanzania (PAMOJA) Project and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this loan to payments under the contract ‘‘Consultancy to Provide Business Services to Community-Based Women Groups In Zanzibar’’ The total duration of this consultancy is Eighteen (18) months, divided into two distinct functional phases: Phase I: Technical Design and Mobilization (First 6 Months) and Phase II: Implementation Support and Supervision (Remaining 12 Months). The scope of the consulting services (“the Services”) covers but not limited to the below four main duties, 1: Market and Value Chain Assessments 2: Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and Curricula Customization 3: Training of Trainers (ToT) and Capacity Building 4: Continuous Mentorship and Coaching Framework The Terms of Reference (TOR) for the primary procurement stage for the assignment can be obtained at the address given below.
