REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST Country: Republic of Tajikistan Project: One Health for Pandemic Prevention Food Systems Resilience and Ecosystem Health in Central Asia Grant No.: E452-TJ Assignment Title: Consulting services for the capacity Building of Environmental Specialists on Zoonotic Diseases and Transmission Pathways among Wildlife in Protected Areas of the Republic of Tajikistan Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): OHP/CS/CQS-2026/06 1. The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the International Development Association and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development toward the cost of the One Health for Pandemic Prevention Food Systems Resilience and Ecosystem Health in Central Asia and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. 2. The State Institute “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The criteria for selecting the Consultant are: - The consulting firm should have at least five (5) years of proven experience in delivering training and capacity-building activities, as well as providing monitoring, assessment, and advisory services in the fields of environmental protection, public health, veterinary health, and agriculture/agrobusiness; - The consulting firm must successful completion of at least one (1) similar contracts within the past six (6) years, preferably in the fields of environmental protection, public health, veterinary health, and agriculture/agrobusiness; - Experience working with government institutions and projects financed by internationa
